Chavah’s Essence Herbal Heating pads can be formulated for specific parts of the body. Place bag inside of hot water and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes. A skin barrier can be placed to avoid burning or wait until cool enough to apply directly. Pads can be reused 3-5 times.
